Yes, I have been doing induction the entire time. I am taking a multi-vitamin.
I also drink at least 5 to 6 litres of water per day.
I don't eat past 7pm at night -- and workout with cardio and light weights 5 days a week.
Its been challenging to say the least - but it got easier once I seen the weight coming off. I have lost my daily craving for beer (which was probably one of the bigger reasons I gained my weight, plus the fact when i would drink, I would eat - and eat A LOT.

I've been on Atkins before -- years ago --- so thankfully my body responded very well to this way of eating - this time around.
I will post my daily diet here for you in a few days -- just to give you a better idea of what I've done thus far.
