Ok, so here I am...back again...and I mean it this time- this is it! I started over last summer and was doing really well until November when I was diagnosed with Shingles and just didn't fell like doing anything and got off plan. Then came the holidays (let's not even talk about that!) And then I took a trip to Costa Rica and pretty much ate Rice & Beans for every single meal! And then birthdays... all 4 of us in my family have birthdays in February and March. Ok, so now here I am... I've gained all but 15 lbs back and I'm not gaining those back! So, I got all the food I need at the store today and I already wrote out what I'm going to eat tomorrow. So, I think I'm all set! I even joined a Biggest Loser competition at work, so I'm hoping that will be extra motivation to keep at it... there is money involved! So, wish me luck (I'm going to need it!)
