So I thought I would try an easy way to rice my frozen cauliflower for the Cauliflower pizza crust recipe....
I put the frozen florets in my food processor, thinking I could rice it then cook it... but it just ground it into a fine powder like substance... and WOW did it ever work well in the recipe! all I did was zap the "flour" in the mic to cook it a bit... but MAn! My kids (who didn't like the texture of the crust with the rice sized cauliflower) LOVED it this way!
