Also celery with cream cheese (I get the cream cheese with chives from trader joes) I know what you mean about the lettuce. I like using lettuce for 'bread' to wrap up the meats and cheeses with or tuna, or chicken salad, or hamburger with cheese. It's a good way to get your veggies in.
