A few horseradish ideas - I spread it on to cold cooked beef and roll up to eat. You can also include it as a flavouring in the faux cauliflower 'mash' - I used to use it in mashed potatoes and it works in the cauli as well. You could also include it with other veggie dishes such as mashed or pureed celeriac with salt, pepper, butter, cream, cheese (if you want,) and horseradish. Or do something similar with turnips instead of celeriac. You can also mix a little into mayo for a very tasty dressing over salad, meats, baked fish or veggies. Oh a new thought - what about roasting some turnips in oil in the oven with black pepper, then tossing them in some butter, and drizzling the mayo/horseradish dressing over them?
