Re: I'M LOSING weight Butttttttttttt | | My favorite "sandwich" is to sauté some chicken tenders, then put some swiss cheese on top just long enough to melt. I place 2 leaves of greenleaf lettuce on a plate (not as brittle as romaine) Place the chicken and cheese on top, then a couple of strips of crisp bacon, mayo, slivers of red onion and some tomato. Put two more leaves of lettuce on top and munch away. I sometimes put a few slices of avocado on it too--that's really good. It gets a little messy, so I try not to eat this in public--'specially since you have to lick the juices off your fingers, it's so good. |
