Re: could someone check this out please | | 2 slices of bacon only has 4 grams of protein and an ounce of cheddar only has 7 grams of protein, so that is probably not enough protein first thing in the morning. I noticed on another thread that you are tired--not enough protein in the absence of carbs for energy can make you feel drained. You need to have a couple of ounces of meat or a boiled egg with the veggie salad--something with a little more protein. |
