Default Re: Not Losing? Maybe you are a "Wait and Whoosh" body type

Is it anywhere near that 'time of the month' for you? Many of our members gain weight around that time, so it would be a normal occurrance that you really can do nothing about but stay on plan till your body decides to restart losing pounds

Also being constipated might mean you have some weight sitting there (not that i would dream of saying you were 'full of @@@@' )

The problem with planning to lose xx pounds by xx/xx/xxxx is that your body might have other ideas. You will only be 'screwed' if you choose to let it be so

So maybe make a few new goals like staying on plan with your eating, getting 'most' of your carbs from your veggies, adding exercise if you are not already doing so etc. Goals that you can have control over by your own actions are much more sensible I think that ones that your body will decide without your choice
