Thanks for the invite. I would like to start doing Atkins again. My weight is currently at 168, and my goal is at least 145. I have been doing low carb and low fat and lost 12 lbs. so far, but I never seem to be able to get any lower than that.

I am already past the sugar cravings, so that's a plus. I have everything printed out and highlighted as far as what to eat and how much. I do have 1 question though. I can have 2 cups of salad...does that include the cauliflower, broccoli etc that I normally add to a salad? That always did confuse me. I saw where I can have 2 cups of salad and 1 cup of veggies. I need a little help with clearing that up. Thanks again for the invite Lynne. It's nice to be back.
