hanks. I think you're right. I think a salad counts as lettuce and veggies. Ok, I am working night shift this week. Here is my meal plan. I'm sure I'm not eating enough, but I don't get alot of time to sit down and eat a meal.
B: (at 9 p.m.) 2 eggs/turkey sausage
S: 6 pepperoni slices and 2 oz. cheese (longhorn)
L: egg and olive salad (2 eggs/4 olives)
D: 6 oz. orange roughy and 1 cup green beans (measured)
Diet rite soda instead of diet pepsi and I have water.
I never drink enough water.

What do you think? I'm missing a salad. Is the turkey sausage ok?
I know that Induction is to get rid of the sugar cravings. I am already past that due to the other plan I had been doing. Do I stay with Induction on move to rung 1? I need to but heavy whipping cream also. I drink Chai tea with is caffiene (that's a no-no). I'm ready for suggestions and all the help you can give me. I'm going to do this.

I added my Fitday, if you look at it, look at tomorrows date. I go to work tonight (for tomorrow). I thought the calories were low, but they seem ok to me.

I edited this because I added a salad to my meals. I think it looks good, but it took alot of planning. I don't always have that kind of time.
