Re: Mary Ann's Journey | | The way the veggies are determined is on page 125 of the DANDR. There is a list of Salad veggies which you should have 2 to 3 cups of everyday. Then on the next page is a list of 'other' veggies which you can have 1 cup a day of because they are higher in carbs but if you eat the 'other' veggies, you must reduce the salad veggies to 2 cups. I hope this helps take some of the confusion out of eating right.
