At this point Im confused and feel like even thought i think I know this diet, maybe I don't and Im doing it wrong. Can someone help me? This is what I've ate so far
B-2 hardboiled eggs, decaf coffee with heavy whipping cream and splenda
L-chicken breast and 2/3 cup summer yellow squash
Snack-SMALL hamburger patty and string cheese
It is better to create your own thread or your posts will not get enough "traffic".

Lemme see... Are you counting total carbs? Here we are following DANDR 2002, so we are counting net carbs instead. To find net carbs in FitDay, simply subtract the dietary fiber from the total amount of carbohydrate.

Imagine that you're doing great, losing weight, feeling better than ever, thrilled with yourself, hearing compliments from friends and acquaintances---and then it happens! Despite all your good intentions, you're mightily tempted by a food you're not supposed to have. What to do? I'll tell you this: You'd better have a strategy ready!"
