This thread is very helpful to me. I was beginning to be quite discouraged by my crazy weight changes. 249->247->252-> 250->251 I have been weighing each morning and during the first part of induction I had lost 8 lbs. Since then, I have been bouncing all around the #'s. My current weight is a very stong plateau for me. I have weighed 250 or above for years, but not below it. It was AMAZING early on to see a number less than 250. I was quick to add the loss to my signature, as I updated it daily. Now I know to wait a bit before posting any weight as a sure thing. Today I weigh 249. I am following the plan faithfully. I have hypothyroidism, so I know this can affect weight, as well. I am glad for the upcoming Weigh! No Way Challenge because it will probably help me from going mad over the craziness of weighing myself so much. I guess I am a little obsessive. This has probably contributed to my weight problem, huh?
