As Liv said, your menus look fine if you are incorporating 3 cups of veg into them and sticking to the cheese limits for induction

I notice you are planning quite a lot of bacon for breakfast - you might find that after a few days on induction that your appetite decreases and you won't need to eat as many pieces to satisfy your hunger.

You mentioned having some cough drops - did you check the ingredients on them for sugar? If they do have sugar you might find you get cravings because of it, so be aware of that and be prepared to resist You should be able to find sugarfree cough drops which are marketed for diabetics.
