It's kind of funny for me, because it just shows me those people have never read the book and/or don't understand what Atkins is really about. Sad, if you think about it......
i have a buddy that helped me get into this, he is a YMCA trainer and works out ALOT...he was taking in over 200 carbs a day AND LOSING WEIGHT!!!!

Exercise also causes Ketosis...i dont know if everyone is aware of that. some people are in ketosis and not on atkins..
