Default Re: ready to get started

I believe what you have is called PISS [Post Induction Stall Syndrome] ... the same thing happened to me. About the same time this happened I also came down with a virus that was going around (that my husband brought home..thank you very much). I started up the rungs and nothing was happening but I continued to move up the ladder......I just kept hoping something would happen and all the sudden the weight would fall off of me. I've read PISS is common enough that I'm not alone and you aren't either.

2 weeks ago I joined Stallbusters with a few friends and it helped so much. As of this morning I have lost 5 pounds.....I haven't lost any weight for almost 2 months and now I'm down 5!

Don't give up and PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE....don't do that to yourself again (the going to Chili's thing). You need to start packing your lunch -- get a small cooler put good things in it so you don't have the temptation to break down again.

It really looks like you need more protein, more fats maybe even more veggies in your daily meals. What I do is sometime after dinner each evening I go to FitDay and plug in my food for the next day -- then I write down what I've decided to have and that's what I eat -- nothing less....nothing more.
