You know, for some of us, the last few pounds is the hardest to lose, and if it were me, I would call it goal.

I understand your frustration, I have lost 6 pounds and nothing since. Thats frustrating, but thats how my body goes.
Have you added anything recently? Dr A's plan was for us to add food groups to figure out which may cause us problems, and then if something does, we skip it...
