yeh i do feel alot better. I gained 87 pounds with my daughter mckensy. I got down to like 150 and then i got on atkins the first time. Got down to 127 and then i binged cause i was feel so good i thought i could WING myself off lol. I saw the weight appear in minutes it was so weird. I gained almost all of it back. Then i got on amitriptyline for depression 8 weeks ago. It made me gain like 13 pounds. It was hard for me to loose so i got off of it and decided one last shot at atkins I was FRUSTRATED so to acually see some results is RELIEVING.
