Hi Everyone...Ive been reading posts on this site for a while now and finally decided to join in! I just starting atkins and am in day 6 of induction. So far things are going well
. Ive tried to do this a few times before but never made it past the 3 day mark, so Im super happy that I am almost at day 7! So far I have lost 7 pounds...
SW = 145
CW = 138
GW = 120 and anything less is bonus
