As long as the average is fine, no need to worry about it, if you are not hungry. However, eating well below your BMR for an extended period of time might slow down your metabolism, which is definitely not something you want to happen. Carbs. Look fine to me. It is almost impossible to follow the rules of Induction while eating close to 20 g net carbohydrate. My average during Induction was much lower too. Menu. You are eating too many vegetables from the "Other Vegetables" list. You should be eating maximum 1 cup from this list and the rest (up to a total of 3 cups) from the "Salad Vegetables" list. Suggestions. You could add more meat (especially for dinner, 100 g of fish is not very much), cheese (you are currently eating about 1 oz) or eggs (2 eggs in the morning instead of one) to your menu.
