No worries

They could well be the same thing. We have both on the shelf, along with choy sum and many others but supermarkets are forever changing names (that's why Asian greengrocers rock...well alomg with the freshness lol!). I wonder if Atkins will ever put the other greens on the allowed list? I assume they were not so popular back when the book was last revised.
Having a think about your protein suggestion perhaps I could make up a suitable cheese sauce to have with my fish. I could use the poaching liquid as a base.
A bigger breakfast will be a bit tough so I may go for a morning snack instead.
