Doing fine (I think). I've been able to stop taking insulin all together and my bg is always around 100. However I'm still on metforum and actos. I'm not due to see the doctor until May but I believe I'm down about 15 lbs (2 months). I'm still a little concerned about the ketostix however, they show small or trace usually. This may be an issue if I try to increase my carbs, but for now I'm keeping them under 10g per day. Thanks for checking in I appreciate your concern. |
