Re: Mary Ann's Journey | | Mary Ann - when you have that urge to eat something bad take an ounce (or two if you have enough carbs) microwave for 20-30 seconds to soften it, then put some cinnamon and a packet of splenda and stir it up -- it tastes wonderful. Or instead of cinnamon add vanilla extract -- it tastes like ice cream.
Another sweet thing for me is a flax cookie....it's a little sweet, crunchy and keeps me regular!! If you need the recipe let me know! |
