Hi all,
I am Jasmin, I am doing atkins for the second time, after about 10 years. I am married and have a 20 month old daughter. I was reasonably happy with my weight until I got pregnant and realized that only 6 lbs came out....now i am still stuck 30 lbs heavier than I want to be. I started induction 7 days ago and so far so good. I hope to be able to keep up the good spirit of looking up recipes, making meal plans and sticking to them even when I work Tuesdays and Thursday. My husband decided to join me so that is a great relief and i don't have to cook delicious foods I cannot eat
I hope tp meet others on here and see how others are doing. Oh I am in the DC area, where is everybody from?
