Because the batter is so darn good, I eat by the spoonfuls and don't have much left for the muffins.
And then...
I KNOW how much better they are cold than when they are hot but doesn't EVERYTHING taste
better fresh out of the oven so I have to have one warm and THEN I have to try one once they cool off so by the time the whole situation is over I have basically just eaten two blocks of cream cheese, a half a cup of Splenda, two eggs and a dash of vanilla. Sigh.
