Start with veggies first. It's more important to get those in than the eggs, and they are not so satiating anyway.

Try to think of Atkins as a lifestyle, not as a diet. "Dieting" has some sort of negative connotations associated to it and will only make you feel sorry for yourself for not able to eat junk and simply watch calories.
