You are a grown up you need to eat. I think I eat that much food for breakfast alone (some days)
Make sure to eat 3 cups of veggies following the rules of induction. And don't be afraid of eating.
Cheddar cheese is allowed. You can three ounces of cheese. Sugar in cheese is fine because it is natural lactose - What you have to worry about is ADDED sugar.
Good work on the water

The thing is i felt so full and didn't want to eat anything for dinner but then I know we should not skip meals so that's why, just for the sake of eating, I ate dinner. But honestly I don't have the appetite, maybe because the salmon and cheeses made me full, I am not used to eating cheese and fish so I'm guessing that todays meal choices killed my appetite, but I'm trying.

I will keep your advice in mind, thanks
