Re: Day 14 no weight lost | | Melzeeg, I just want to push the Whooshie fairy your way! I know exactly how you feel, but don't give up. You probably lost some weight and 14 days aren't enough to see a major difference in the way your clothes fit. I lose on an average of 10 to 12 lbs. Also, the lean meats should be laden with some fat, its the fat with minimal carbs help you to lose. I've never seen anyone doing well on primary lean meat.
