I think you are right Liv, im Over doing the cheese intake so i am going to cut on that. I started off 189lbs but now 184lbs(5'5) in just 4 days

but I think its mostly water weight because i dont see any difference. Probably ill see some difference after 20lbs or so, it seems like such a long journey

but i keep telling myself, atleast im not gaining weight! losing some slow but its going.
its hard to stay motivated when Im the only atkinier in the family, everyone else is slim trim even though they eat all the carbs, they have good motabolism unlike mine i guess
