I think I'm just going to try to eat more protein (eggs & chicken are my mainstays since they’re quick to prep) to up the caloric intake, as well as find carb-y veggies. Probably also going to reduce the amount of butter I use for making eggs in the morning. Is regular vegetable oil suitable for rung 1 OWL? For some reason the brand I buy mentions soy bean as part of the ingredients… Thanks!
