Most of your carbs should come from veggies but you are getting your carbs from sweeteners (in tea and in processed products) and dairy. This you could improve by cutting down on sweeteners and by adding some vegetables to your menu. Right now there are no salad veggies listed.
And also please eat a little bit more. Barely 1000 calories are not enough. On Atkins it is counter productive to starve.
Remember to drink plenty of water
