I just wanted to add that I saw you wrote you have to eat every 6 hrs. Whatever works for you, but I really think that is too long to go btwn meals. You actually increase your metabolism by eating smaller more frequent meals. I think you should aim for 3-4 hrs at most. Just my thoughts though so do what works for you.
