Deviled eggs are great for Easter. I am going to make Resurrection rolls with my kids. You put a marshmallow inside and it melts during baking, leaving the roll empty- like Jesus' tomb. They will smell and taste awesome, but I am not going to partake!! I am determined to get through my first major holiday being on Atkins without cheating!!!
