The almost like twice baked potato (cauliflower, green onion, bacon, cream cheese and sharp cheddar) will take the place of mac and cheese just fine for you. When I made this for me when my skinny little sister was here when I made her baked mac & cheese, she ate more of mine than I did. Asked for the recipe and she hates to cook. |
