Re: Day 1 today for Induction | | Home creations are fun once you get the hang of it. Even though it is nice with convenience once in a while they do put a lot of salt, sugar and strange chemicals in those products and we really should rely on cleaner food.
I pick up some salad dressings in the grocery store. Just watch to see how much sugar may have been added to it. Always use full fat ones. On induction as I was careful with sugar - I made my oil/vinegar dressing myself. And used a sourcream-mayo mixture at other times.
I make blue cheese dressing for chicken wings. Not very hard at all. (I use a recipe by Emerill - you know the BAM guy from the cooking network)
