Re: old menu review | | liv: thank you for replying back ... ive used this menu before and ive lost 40lbs but i didn't drink a diet dr pepper but i definitely had 2 jellos a day ... do you think the ranch is okay? i looked on the back and 1 tablespoon has 3 carbs but i need something in my salads for lunch i can't eat it plain ... well i can but i wouldn' enjoy it as much. I dont really think im overdoing it because i workout and and lift weights in such intensity that i need all that protein to help with muscle development and repair. Oh and the cheese that i eat is the individually pack cheese where 1 serving size of that is 0 carbs so i didn't kow it would be more carbs or not but besides coating mayo on the chicken anything else? i can change |
