Re: 5 day menu for newbie | | The first day looks good to me. You could probably have more calories than you plan on though. If you get hungry, don't hesitate to eat some more. You've got the max amount of cheese on there though...don't add anymore. Remember to drink LOTS of water. Divide your weight by 2. Shoot for that much water in ounces. It'll help you tremendously!! You'll begin flushing out the pounds! |
