You still need to add some more veggies to get 5 carb increase. Do you like any of the veggies from the other list? So far you have tomatoes from that list but there other things like beans. broccoli, cauliflower, snow peas. Lettuce is good to eat but it is virtually just water so you need something else too.
Also you could eat more fat on your menu - it looks to be on the low side.
Congratulations on making it to OWL. Sure it can be a bit confusing to begin with but take it slow and let it happen.
