Default Started Induction Today

Hello everyone i've been browsing everyone's post for the past couple of days and decided to post. Today is my first day on induction, and I must say it was hard as helllllllllllllllll, however I DID IT.... whoooopeeeeee. I also went to the gym this evening, unfortunately I was only able to 37minutes worth of cardio because my thighs were burning. Well now on to day 2.
