Re: Not Losing? Maybe you are a "Wait and Whoosh" body type | | If she is climbing the OWL ladder then she needs to work out if the weightloss has stopped because of the different foods added or the extra net carbs added.
So perhaps dropping the foods added just before she gained and returning to the previous net carb level would help her find this out.
If she restarts losing then she needs to maybe up the net carbs with extra veg first and see if the losses continue, if she does lose in that week then try adding the next rung foods and see what happens.
