Order a double hamburger with mayo. Grab a couple extra packets of mayo and take them with you. I dip meat and veggies in it and am rarely hungry afterward.
Cream cheese wrapped in lunchmeat or in celery is another way to get extra fat in your day -- you need fat to keep from getting hungry inbetween meals.
