I throw in a couple tablespoons with it before I nuke the pumpkin. Pumpkin is filling and a good source of fiber all on its own---but if you add in some flax, waaaaaaay better than the fiber drinks. I don't know that it helps or hurts with the loss, but I know what it does do!! And that, my friend, is a welcome side effect! |
