The best thing you can do is get chocolate out of your head....as long as you have it in your mind you "may need it" you will eat it. The reason for induction is to break the chains of addiction. You will be able to add it back soon enough -- give yourself enough credit that you can wait.

Make sure you eat only induction friendly foods until you are ready to go up the rungs. Drink at least 64 ounces of plain water a day (not tea, coffee, kool-aid --
W A T E R). Exercise is mandatory so find something you like to do, dance, run, walk, bike, swim but do something.
