i felt a difference as soon as two months, and now going on 4, I had to have my bp med lowered to half the dose. Let me tell you it was really high.. dangerously so. Now, my bp reading are like this... 117/77 sometimes a little more, but it is such a far cry from what it was 31/2 months ago.Whew! What a relief. |
