The stall finally arrives well maybe! | | Hi there! I am 2 months into the Atkins plan. I have lost a total of 13lbs. I weighed myself today and i have stayed the same weight;i am prepared for a stall anyway.
I been having 30g carbs, 5g Rung 1: 4 days per week and other 3 days i been having 30g carbs,5g Rung 2.
I eat processed meats at all, no sweetner,no cream...only whats on the induction and rung list. Do not drink tea/cofee anymore, just 3 litres water.
One thing i dont do yet is excersise,i plan to start doing a workout dvd before i go to work in the morning!
I guess a few of you have have had your weight loss stall at this stage, or do you think i have found my CCLL? Maybe i should wait a few weeks to see.
