1Tbsp flaxmeal
1 pat butter
melt the butter in the microwave with the flaxmeal 30 seconds - stir them together and add cinnamon, ginger and ground cloves to taste (1 shake the cinnamon 3 times, and the ginger & cloves once) -- add 1 Tbsp water and stir - add 1 pkt Splenda ... let set about a minute.
Put on parchment paper and with the back of a spoon smooth the "batter" into a circle fairly thin. Microwave 2 minutes -- let set a minute to let the butter go back into the cookie & eat.
You'll have to figure out how much of the spices you like - I've tried measuring them but it never works - I don't have a measuring spoon small enough for the ginger and cloves. I love these -- enjoy! |
