hey kib -- I wouldn't be that upset about gaining 2 pounds...if you had TOM and with the stress you've been under plus not eating 100% on plan it seems it will go away fairly quickly.

I have been doing everything by the book and managed to gain 2 pounds last week...who knows why - wish I could blame it on TOM but haven't had that visitor in almost 20 years!

Get back on track with your veggies, take a walk or do some form of exercise, get your water intake back up and you'll be fine.
