hi and welcome Oscar -- glad you are back on Atkins and ready to get serious!! Make sure you spread your vegetables out through the day -- it will help keep you full longer and puts less of a load on your blood sugar so you'll get into keotsis sooner.

Make sure you are only eating food on the acceptable food list (stay away from the Frankenfood of bars and shakes - they are stallers for some people and have way too many carbs for induction). Learn and follow the rules for induction and you'll be well on your way and loosing in no time.
