If you like it, you can search a few threads here for recipes, but even something as simple as some plain canned pumkin mixed with melted butter and a little bit of spices and sweetener warmed in the microwave.. comes out a little like pudding and a nice comfort food that would get your fats 'up' and your carb and calorie count too. |
