Induction Menu - Feedback appreciated! | | Hi, there.
I don't have much weight to lose, so I want to do this right the first time! I know it may go slower than for others already - and I want to make it as easy on myself as possible. I've tried to follow the rules.
Here's my menu for Day 1. I will probably eat very similar the rest of the days, just switching up the protein types between beef, chicken, and fish.
